Andilien is an app for people with disabilities.
Whether you travel regularly or occasionally, you can use the Andilien app to ask an agent for assistance at all stations served by the SNCF Transilien network in Ile-de-France.
REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE
Whether you need information, assistance or guidance through a station, you can now ask for help from the agents at your station.
A simple click is all it takes.
An agent present at the station receives your request for assistance and contacts you, by telephone or text message, within a maximum period of 15 minutes. Your request can be dealt with over the phone or in person, depending on the nature of the request for assistance.
If temporarily, there are no agents available at the station, you will be invited to call the Accès Plus Transilien call centre (direct link from the app), which will take charge of your request and help you solve the problem.
GEOLOCATION
Thanks to your GPS data, we retrieve your position so that we can send the request for assistance to the agent at the station where you are located.
ACCESSIBILITY AND USER PREFERENCES
To make your experience relevant and enjoyable, you can personalise your use of the app by indicating your preferences. For example, you can choose to be contacted by the agent exclusively via text message or by phone.
The app has been designed so that your voice assistants can read the different texts. The different buttons are indicated by their title followed by the word “button”. Contrast, font size and spacing are in line with mobile accessibility standards.
The “easy to read and understand” method has been applied to all our texts.
